These Terms form an agreement between you and Craftisma, an independent Virginia-based online studio, when you use craftisma.net or place an order. By continuing with a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Using the store
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. You are responsible for providing current, accurate account, contact, billing, and delivery information and for protecting your account credentials.
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use the store in a way that harms Craftisma or another person.
Orders, prices, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping and applicable sales tax are displayed before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. Placing an order is an offer to buy; an order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, inability to produce or deliver the item, or another legitimate business reason. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund.
Promotional offers may have additional conditions and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; store credit will not replace a refund required by law.
Products and custom work
Craftisma pieces are dimensional, made-to-order works. Small variations in texture, finish, color, edge detail, or placement are part of the character of the process and are not defects. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how colors appear.
For a custom or personalized order, you are responsible for confirming the requested wording, dimensions, colors, reference material, and any proof we send. You confirm that you have permission to use any text, image, logo, or other material you provide. Custom production may begin after approval, at which point cancellation and return options are limited as described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Production, delivery, and returns
Current production estimates, shipping charges, eligible destinations, cancellation rules, damage reporting, and return conditions are part of our Shipping & Returns Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will provide the options required by applicable law, including the choice to accept a delay or cancel for a full refund.
Intellectual property
The site, branding, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, and other Craftisma content are owned by Craftisma or used with permission. No purchase transfers intellectual-property rights in a design. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or create commercial derivative works from site content without written permission.
We will not publicly use customer-supplied personal material or photographs of a custom commission for marketing without permission.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. Craftisma is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or a product. Our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
You are responsible for selecting safe, suitable mounting hardware and installation methods for your wall and the item’s weight. Craftisma is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, unsuitable surfaces, modification, or misuse.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable United States federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction in Virginia.
We may update these Terms for future use of the store. The version in effect when an order is placed governs that order unless applicable law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
